2020 Quad cab bumper step

I have a 2020 quad cab. The other day I was at the Dealer getting an oil change and there was a guy picking up his new 2021 quad cab. The salesman was showing him how to use the swing out bumper step. I carry a small gorilla bench to get in and out of my bed and thought this step is the answer. I tried the little ladder that folds on the side but it stows right on the tailgate...hated it....I asked the dealer the price, 575 installed, 392 to supply it. I checked the web and it seems to be available anywhere from 280-330 some with shipping, some not. Does anyone know the correct part number for that one? The one i see, some sites state for dual exhaust only and then the same number is listed for my truck. Which is it, I dont want to get it and find it doesn't fit. Yes...I could buy at the dealer, then they are responsible for the fitment, but if I could save $100......
My truck is 2020 quad cab with 3.6 engine 6-6 bed. Anyone know? Thanks

Get the part number from your dealer, buy that one at the cheapest place. They are a snap to install, three bolts and you are good to go. Have one on my LB 2021 2500 Laramie. Works great for getting up into and out of the box. Easy to deploy and stow. AMP males a similar item but it doesn't have the niffty side tab and it is not as slick a mounting system either. The OEM one is more money but also a FAR better setup. I really wish Mopar would bring out a side bed step for both left and right, similar to the rear bed one.

The part number is what i'm looking for. They didnt give it to me when I asked about it. I do want the OEM just for the reasons you stated.

It really isn't that hard. Mopar has a parts lookup right on line.

Dean….I looked it up and got that number, but some sites stathe it fits and some stat it doesn’t fit. That’s the reason I came looking here to see if anyone had bought this for their 2020 and what number they had. I actually saw this step or 217. It would be nice if that’s the case. Thanks for the help

If you are looking at retractable bed steps, Amazon has them for around $250\free shipping. I bought mine from eBay, brand new, for about $150/free shipping. They appear to be the same unit
