2020 Ram 5.7 Hemi non-Etorque inline tuner

Looking for an in-line tuner for my 2020 Ram 1500 non-Etorque 5.7 Hemi.
I see that Diablo Sport has one for $676 or Pulsar $536

Is there a difference other than name?

I’m also interested in a better air intake if it’s beneficial? Any suggestions?
