2020 Ram Rebel Fault codes

Hello,
I have a 2020 ram 1500 rebel that has about 61k miles on and has been fine until today.
While driving I always have my auto start/stop off but today I forgot to turn it off and when I stopped it flashed “auto stop/start system failure” and then my truck seemed to lurch forward when I took off.

As I was driving home I got a few error codes that showed up. Service 4wd system, service electronic stability control system, service brake trailer system, and acc unavailable service required. I hooked up my scanner and these are the codes that it’s giving me.

C147B
U1440
U0418
PO6EF

Has anybody had similar issues before? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!

Sounds like bad battery.

That’s what I read too but I’m sitting at 12.6v with the truck off

P06EF Engine Restart Performance - OBD2 Trouble Code​

OBD2 Diagnostic Trouble Code P06EF means that Engine Restart Performance has been detected.

you should read it, although it may not apply to your truck

Update: Had battery checked and it checked out fine. However, I disconnected my battery for a few minutes and it cleared the check engine light but not the service notifications. Drove it around for a few miles and the check engine light came back on. Also noticed after i disconnected my battery that my backup camera no longer works no.
