2021 differences

If this has been discussed already please forgive me forum overlords.

My 2021 limited did not come with the knobs that are used in conjunction with the cargo management system bed divider so you could use it tailgate down with the divider extended outward over the tailgate. Has anyone purchased these knobs and successfully used these as described on a 2021. I went to buy them at the dealer and they wouldn’t sell them to me saying it will not work for a 21. The holes for these knobs appear to be there but have plug covers. My vin will not show these knobs as available. I know I could give them a false vin but don’t want to purchase if this will not work.

The other difference I noticed is that my limited came with the front actuated lower spoiler unlike my 19 limited which did not include this.

I have a 2021 Limited with rambox and the MFT, and the knobs I ordered from ebay work perfectly. Install took 10 minutes. Just remove the plug covers and screw the knobs in.

The ones on ebay are about $30 less than what I paid from the dealership. The parts guy wasn't able to find them for a 2020 Ram 1500, so I asked him to order some for a 2018. They fit perfectly. They don't include them on the 5th gens because apparently there is apparently a tail light visibility issue when the bed divider is used as a bed extender. You could also order a set for a 1500 Classic or HD. They are all the same.
