If you have one it's tucked under the plastic panel on top of the rad right next to the fill cap. I posted a pic first page of this thread.https://www.ramforum.com/threads/ho...rts-and-how-do-you-prepare-your-truck.113609/ that was on my 2011, but my 2017 and every other 4th Gen I've seen is same spot. They stuff it in there tight so you'll have to pull up a bit on the panel to pull it out. I route it out from there between the hood and grill for the winter so I can leave the hood closed. It's short so it's either pull it out the back and leave it under the hood or out the front and leave it just hanging between the hood and grill.
