Well, I'm finally getting back to diesels. Just left deposit on above. 6% under invoice plus $1000 discount. Fully loaded limited in same color as my 1500 Granite Crystal. I was shocked to see the night edition was available in DRW even though ramtrucks.com won't let you build one.

Found a pic on the internet of something that looks close. Who wants to buy a built 1500 (~600 HP to wheels)?

Yea, I had a 13 and 14 Ram 3500 DRW Cummins. Both were great. Just got bit by the supercharged hemi bug for a few years. Traded 14 Ram for a 18 Trackhawk and then 19 Ram 1500 knowing I was going to build that SC 7.0.

I plan to sell the project truck, or at least try. Not going to give it away so there is still a chance I may keep it, and then go all out. Issue is I have a few major trips planned and the 19 Ram just crossed over from daily driver to project (aka unreliable). Although I wouldn't hesitate driving it across country by myself I just don't trust it in the heat pulling a small toy hauler RV with the family.

Just got in from a 120 mile road trip with the Ram 1500 and wow...I'm gonna miss it. There is something about "I want to be in that lane NOW" that I'll miss. It literally just loafs along and pulls so freaking hard. 60 to triple digit sprints are insane IN A TRUCK! LOL

VIN issued & D1 status. The wait continues.

Placed my order on November 2nd. I left them alone (didn't want to call and call). Called to see what state it was in the middle of December. VIN had been assigned and it was in D1 status. Called two weeks later and it was in KZ status. Progress! It has been in KZ status for the last month. I am sure it's waiting for other vehicles with the same state destination to get all aboard the auto rack. The estimated shipment date is today, and my ETA is 2/1. We shall see! Will call back on Monday for an update.

Great looking truck. Consider a protective film across that painted front bumper. It will significantly help prevent paint chipping from small rocks and other road debris from. 3M and Xpel both provide quality material. It can cost around $400-$600 to install but you want that beauty to look fresh for a long time. You can find installers and most quality window tinting business in your community. Websites for 3M protective film and Xpel will direct you to installers near you also.

Congrats! I just ordered my Limited with the HO.

Anyone know if there is a way for the customer to track the order progress?

Is there anyway you can get the update yourself versus calling the dealer?
