Can I use Bilstein 5100's on setting #5 on a 2021 Rebel? I ask because they are not listed as a vehicle they will fit on Bilstein's site.

If it doesn’t, then it certainly has the ORP .... So no #6 or #7

Yes. they're not listed because the spring perch that comes in the Bilstein kit won't fit your Rebel strut. You can still run them you just need to reuse your Rebel spring perch instead. You also have taller springs as well so the perch position is recommended not to exceed #5.

Being that it is a rebel I would opt for the 6112’s part #47-293540 spend the couple dollars to improve your ride along with the gain in height.

@krd820 sorry to revive an old thread, but... looks awesome!

did you go with 5100's or 6112?

did you only upgrade the front, or match the rear?

what PNs did you use? assuming you went with 5100's, wanted to confirm you used the "non-rebel" PNs 24-232203 front and 24-233354 rear.

how's the ride compare?

thanks for any info, looking to do the same.

was a little nervous after talking to bilstein directly and being adamantly told the 5100's won't work with rebels ("just because youtubers are doing it doesn't make it right", fair point) + "doesn't fit your truck" on summt/4wheelparts/whatever, but after seeing a lot of positive results plus PNs from https://www.ramforum.com/threads/2021-rebel-want-to-level-with-bil-5100-and-have-qs.170281 i went ahead and ordered them...

as i understand, the only reason it "doesn't work" is because all the parts don't come from bilstein... and i just need to move the OEM spring perch. not a big deal.

bilstein's push was to sell me 6112's -- which are great, but honestly overkill for my situation. as i see it i want to use the springs i already paid for.

wish me luck. hopefully i don't die compressing the coils :)
