I have a 2018 1500 with 3.92 axel ratio and my 2007 also did. I tell everybody else who is ordering a new truck get the tow package and don't think about gas mileage because gear ratios don't effect mpg that much at all. Get the 4.10 ratio in the 2500 series. If I had the choice to get 4.10 ratio in a 1500 series I would have. I tow a snowmobile trailer in the winter in the tug hill area of NY and the hemi engine isn't even working hard. My milage is 16-18 around town and 20-22 on the highway and towing is never as good because you are pulling a box through the wind.

My buddy just bought a 1500 with the 3.92s. He went from about 19 highway (3.21) to 17 (3.92). With the 31 gallon tank on the 2500 that 3 mpg difference would get me an extra 90 miles which is huge when driving empty for me. I do a lot of long distance trips and it's nice not having to stop as much.

Yeah, but your tires are only 33.8" , no need to regear for that size tire
I commented on my towing experience with 3.73's, I didn't mention re-gearing for my tires, I said I wasn't sure that there's that much of a difference between 3.73 and 4.10 with the 8HP75, but I'd get 4.10 if I was ordering a truck.
