2022 High Idle

This morning on cold start up, my 22 ram 1500 with a 5.7, idled at 4k RPMs, I gave the gas peddle a quick blep and the peddle doesnt wk. I shut the truck off. I checked all connections at the TB and all are tight. I have the truck at the dealer now. Does anyone know what i might expect to be the issue?

I was out to make a grocery run, and the truck was misbehaving. The gas pedal felt weird. Felt funny to the foot, would maintain speeds with my foot off the gas pedal. I pulled off at a rest stop and stopped the truck, and cut the engine. Decided to restart to see if there was any difference...
