The truck has an intermittent starting issue. It sometimes starts and sometimes doesn't, even though it has a new battery and runs well when it does start. If you get into the truck and find that the brake pedal is hard to push, it will not start. However, if the brake pedal feels normal, the truck should start without any problems.
