I have a 2024 Ram 1500 tradesman (6 lugs) with a 5-inch radio, and I want to upgrade to an 8.4-inch radio. I have purchased a 2019 8.4 radio on eBay and a bezel with radio and ac controls. The radio works, but the ac control only blows hot air from the defrost setting. I saw online that I would need to upgrade the whole harness or purchase an AC module adapter. My original bezel only has three controls for the AC. The one I bought has more options. I posted pictures. I appreciate the help if anyone can. Thank you.

You should be able to remove the AC controls from your new bezel and install your old AC controls into it. However, you will have holes because the bezel you bought is for a different model truck. You can reach out to @Mpgrimm2 for any harness you need. He is in Vendor section at M²Mods.

Or get a 19 bezel with controls like you have.infotainment had a harness and temp sensor to enable single zone auto temp control.you telling them you're using a 19 radio will probably throw them a loop.i was thinking of going with a 19 radio in my 24.are the xm plugs the same? I know some 5 inch radios have blue fakra connectors and the 19 8.4 is it blue or tan
