2025 Big Horn Looking for a BT ODB reader

Well today I had a CEL with no codes stored. I had the service department check it. I am looking for a good Bluetooth ODB reader that can read ODB code as well as factory codes.

So is there a good program and BT ODB reader out there? I have a 2025 with the 3.0SST engine.

The reader at the dealer said it needed to be updated, when I asked if my truck needed an update, he said no his reader did.

Hey there, I'm new to this forum and just bought my first Ram. From what I've read so far is that is a good OBD reader to have, it can read the two different CANbus comms in the vehicle. There is a program called AlfaOBD (a lot of info in the forum) but it needs updated because there were major changes to the CAN protocol on the 2025 model years. I might have some of the technical terms wrong, but that's the gist of it. Wait until AlfaOBD gets updated.
