Well,,,,,,,Took my truck in and I talked to a service rep that I will be dealing with from now on. He told me leaving it there all day is nuts for a 30 minute job. He told be to hang out and he would get someone on it.
The update was to the Stereo, Nav, Telematics. Performed Reset/ISS.
It was a service announcement that comes across their system. On that type of bulletin a customer only knows if they call in with a problem.
My problem or concern was the volume would lock up once in awhile. The volume would lock and the knob or the up/down button on the steering wheel would not work, the other thing was it would drop the connection to phone out of nowhere and then take its own sweet **** time to connect again. These things did not happen often it was by chance that I called and told them about it.
