My Night edition came with OEM Black 22" wheels with low profile tires that I am already looking to replace. Any other member with these rims (I think they come on some RT versions if I'm not mistaken) that have upgraded to a beefier tire? I'm considering the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 (285 /45 R22) or the Falken Ziex STZ05 (285 /45 R22).

I've replaced had the Falkens on my old 4th gen on the 20" factory wheels and loved them. I have a 2.5" in level and I would love to take advantage of that with some aggressive looking tires. Any other recommendations also welcome!

Thanks for an input!

For what it's worth, I live in central Florida - only heat and rain for me!

I've looked on discount tire and the only option sizes they list are 275/50/22 which will give you a little bit of a taller tire. 305/45/22 for a little bit of a wider tire.

They also list 275/45/22 but that's a smaller tire all around.

Will the 305/45/22 rub at all in the wheel wells? I'm considering buying Ram SRT 22" chrome wheels to replace my stock 20's on my 2018 Ram 1500 Limited. The stock 22" Ram SRT's show 305/40/22 as the stock size....will the 45 sidewalls cause any issues?

I too am considering the Nitto, but the Ridge Grappler. Ridge Grapplers are made 285/45/22 & 305/45/22. My brother has them on his truck, and they're quiet, look agressive, and do amazing every day, especially in the rain.

Let me know your thoughts? Thanks!
