2nd Ram first 4WD

Hi all I bought a 2014 ram 1500 4WD sport model with 4WD. I really don’t need the 4WD but it was there so I got it. First ram was a 2012 express base model but that truck gave me almost no problems after 189,000. So the new truck i have has 182,000 miles on it. Which is more than I wanted to have on my next vehicle but let me tell you that shopping for trucks right now is absolute hell. I got so frustrated I found this truck, cosmetic are good…… one issue I got him to knock a grand of the price because of it. There is a vibration at the front driver side wheel. Could be a bunch of things who knows Gonna get my coworker mechanic to look at it. . Anyway, glad to be in this forum! And could use advice on 4WD stuff honestly

Man oh man do I wish it wasn’t a 4WD… New passenger side cv shaft axle assembly ordered, new wheel hub assembly ordered, 2 flat tires already… that was my fault… new battery installing now. Ignition coil for cylinder 6 needed. I bought a cursed truck. The battery is apparently only 1 month according to the sticker so I don’t know what’s going on there. I’m disappointed because the 2012 ram i totaled had same miles and no issues. But it was a 2WD express model and just ran like a charm

Ive owned four Rams. Only the first was 2wd. The only time i ever used 4wd was on the test drive when i asked the salesman to show me how it worked. I just never needed it. Why do i keep paying for it? I guess I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Ha
