What is everybody's opinion with the 2019s and 35s with the 3.21 gears? I wasn't planning on doing anything other than a level and 34s when I bought the truck, so the 3.21 gears didn't bother me. Now I am really loving the look of the 4" and 6" lifts but anything under a 35" tire looks too small to me with that much lift.

It'll probably want to downshift a lot from 8th when cruising and facing a 0.5% climb lol. Definitely will make the engine work more due to the rotating mass increase. And your RPM will be lower due to the increased size, making the 3.21 feel like an even lower gearing.

I'll be upsizing my tires from the stock 32's to 33 or 34's and also have the 3.21s. Debating on going to 3.92 or 3.55 since I forgot to make sure the truck had the LSD.

I've got 34s on it now with absolutely zero issues. I really don't want to spend the money on a gear swap, it can get quite expensive. I could maybe get away with some 34s with just the 4" lift but really like the look of the 6" lifts coming out and 34" tires are too small for that.

That's good to know. I know mine with the stock tire size loves to downshift on cruise control in Florida at times once I reach any minor incline lol.

Yea, if you have a 4x4 it's double the cost, if not more to swap gears. Was reading something to the effect that they welded the front diff on 13/14's up for the 1500s. Not sure if it's the same on the 19's.

Since you feel the 34's are ok with the 3.21s, I'm not sure if going one more inch in diameter will bring a drastic change. What width are you rocking now, and then plan to rock with 35's? Same?

I've only got 275/65s on right now. Wasn't sure if wider would fit as I did it 1000 miles into the truck on stock/leveled suspension. If I stay with 34s I'll go 295/60s when it is time for new tires. If I went 35s I would go 11.5 or 12.5 width.

19 shouldn't be different than the others. My 2017 with 35's and 4 inch with 3.21's barely even noticed a difference between stock. You will be perfectly fine

My tires are a tad taller than a true 35x tire as they usually run 34.5 ish. That being said my 3.21 Hemi 8 Speed is no slouch on power off the line or passing on the highway. You can feel it, there is no mistaking that and I wont claim otherwise. Its still very quick. They are correct though, overpasses will cause the transmission to downshift to 7th but is not really noticeable unless i have the radio off listening to the road go by.

I can tell that 3.21 is too low for 35 tires. It will downshift to 7 all the time.

3.21 LSD w/ 8spd & 35s here & I have zero complaints. I limit the tranny to 7th or 6th when in hilly areas. Thought about upgrading to 3.92s before the Pedal Commander & tuner but see no need to do so now.... she pulls hard & is damn sure no slouch. The weight of 37s would be noticeable I would think but 35s are no issue.

I will end up getting the Pulsar at some point, I think it may make 35s doable. Still going to see what it takes to upgrade to 3.92s in these new trucks. I'm hoping they changed it up from the late model 4th gens AMD it isn't welded. If it isn't, I'll go to some 4.10s in a year or so when I replace my tires again.
