I would run them at whatever psi gives you an even contact patch

I just bought some General 35x1250s and on my discount tire receipt it said 40 psi. I dunno if that's what they're supposed to be filled to per factory specs or maybe compensating for dense air due to being at 5,000' elevation.

When customer come into work with em I usually put 45 psi in them, but it also depends on the load range

But if its a load range e, that would be too low, minimum on an e would be 40

Look at the load table for most 35x12.50x20 tires. At least that's how it is for my toyos I thought most tire pressure recommendations were close for the same sizes. At 40 mine rode like garbage and the mileage was hurt. Now I'm at 36 in front and 35 in rear

Based on my experience E rated 50-55 (45 Winter) The current D range ones I am driving on have a Max of 50 so thats what I run so find out what the Max is and determine from there based on the other guys imput, or consult a tire shop that deals often with 35 and 37 Customers.

You should not run the Max psi on these 1500s. They have load inflatation tables for a reason. You need to run the minimum for the weight that your tires are supporting or maybe a little extra if you haul frequently. Your contact patch is gonna be smaller over inflated and cause premature and uneven wear. I could not find a table for nitto 35x12.50x20 anywhere. Just give them a call or I will tomorrow. Tires are expensive you don't wanna be wearing them out just cause they are over inflated. I felt the same about "ohh the Max is 65psi so I can put that in it" till I did some research.

set them at 39PSI and it seems to have a good patch, and that seems to be what most others are running from the research i've done.
