If you should ever get scaled and depending on which state one is in, the only thing they are going to look at is the tire weight per SQ weight per inch.
Some states are 500 lbs per SQ, others a little more.
It do not matter what the tire says or what the truck owner's manual says
You have to know what you are doing, from a guy that used to own a trucking co. (me)
They are only getting stricter now that they have given scale houses guns years ago.
I have never been concerned with my little brain about breaking an axle or frame.
20/20 hindsight- if you are loaded hvy and that state checks little pickups.....ya better think of something so as not to get scaled.
