3500 seems to wallow more than my 2500

Yeah I know a 1 Ton is not a Corvette but my new truck sure doesn't handle like my old one.
2017 2500 Big Horn vs 2021 3500 Tradesman single wheel..
Almost feels like they forgot the sway bars.
Tires are right at 60/80 so that's not it.

What can I do to tighten it up?

Drop your air pressure unless you’re towing or hauling. That helped considerably in my 2020 2500.

I don't think the SRW 3500's come with a sway bar. I could be wrong on the new trucks, but I know there wasn't one on a friend's 2018. He got a Hellwig, but it still has more sway than my 2500 especially when towing. I am not sure if Hellwig makes one for the new models.

Ya know I never looked just assumed it had one. Starting to think I gave up a lot to get this Big Motor.

80 in the rear is too much if not towing. My dually is rated for 65 in the rear

One of the reasons why I went with the 2500. That and my registration taxes are a lot lower. I don't abide by manufacturers ratings and I am not afraid to put 3k in the back of my truck, which I do several times a year, so the payload numbers don't bother me. I do stay below my axle/suspension ratings which I am well under even with 3.5k in the bed.
