I dono. I guess I dont see any benefit to spending that much more money over a Thuren setup. I mean I know Carli is quality stuff, but it cant be that much more quality than Thurens setup.
I was all over Thuren until I noticed the sacrifice Thuren makes for ride quality on the rear springs. Conversely, Carli actually increases the rating to 2000 lbs. I didn’t want a squat under load, and didn’t want to put in bags etc.

The other cool thing about Carli is their PW packages have a base kit, and only the shocks dictate pricing and ride experience.

I went back and looked at carli.. maybe I missed something but their site says lowered payload to 2000lbs for the rear springs. Does this mean the stock 2500 non power wagon rear springs are over 2000lbs for payload rating?

Any rub with the tires, any additional lift beyond factory? Thanks.

Installed an adjustable ProRyde level kit up front, set at 2.25". Trimmed away bottom section of wheel well liner and lower corner of plastic flare...no rubbing on or off road. :)

Good to know my mpg should stay about the same lol. Also with the towing 9k, stock rear springs or anything extra? You look like you have a lift..

I did add Firestone bags and Daystar cups to maintain off road abilities (articulation)...leave them at 15psi daily and 65psi when towing the trailer. Hope this helps.

I run 37’s on a thuren lift. I had to trim quite a bit on liner pinch weld and hammer some back. It would just rub with wheels turned while flexing. Not the up and down or straight turn stuff. Only in those extreme instances it would rub. Doing a run this weekend we will see if I got enough. I’m taking my hammer and knife with me haha. 17” rims +18mm offset and 37x12.5 tires.

Good to know. Waiting anxiously for your off-road test. Thanks.

Thanks Howard. I have been looking at hellwig bigwig airbags, but with my 4" lift I dont know what spacers I need. The rear came with 2" spacers for the rear coils and hellwig said they only offer a 2 and 4" spacer (I'm assuming for the airbags?) and that I'd need to contact rough country for a spacer. But I'd think I could just use a 2". Anyways more research will be done when I get to the point of Installing airbags and an inboard air system.

Yea, pretty much any aftermarket coil that rides better will have less payload. Im not sure on the exact numbers for factory pw springs, thurens, or carlis, but thuren and carli are both less than factory. Not sure if carli is any higher payload than Thuren though.

Thuren basically has the same type of base kit as well. The bare essentials. Then, if you want to spend 100’s or even 1000’s more on shock upgrades, you can.

Passenger and driver side. Little more pounding on driver side. Like I said I’ll know better tomorrow out on run. This is only rub on serious flexing though. I think different radius arms to push axle forward 1/2” would fix all problems too. I got room for days at front of bumper haha

I dont think the articulink pushes it forward at all... but I have no proof. Guess I could measure the distance of my radius arms and compare to yours?

You can buy a bracket for the frame side that lowers the mount slightly as well as pushes it forward a bit.

Where my caster settings are at currently (still factory), distance between center of frame bolt to center of lower axle bolt are 38 1/4”.

I measured from center of bolt to center of axle now I see what you said. Let me check against those measurements lol. I need more coffee. I have the same measurement as you. Sorry I’m used to measuring to axle it’s habit hahaha

Yea. The synergy ones i was talking about are adjustable from 1/2” forward or 1.5” forward. BUT, they drop the frame mount 3 frikin inches.

Yep. And that’s a damn lot lol. Dunno if you’ve ever hit them on big rocks. But it is jarring haha

And this is why I wish someone other than dodge off road would make a long arm kit to replace the radius arms... since they seem to be horrible at delivering parts... @olyelr I cant remeber if you were who I was talking to about selling the articulink to but I could never find a price on them. Mopar doesn't offer them by themselves. So idk if you still want em, but I have em...

The 2019 corrected the front and has less rake than the 2018 and 2 inches more than the standard 2500 4x4. I think I can squeeze 37s on my stock rims and leave it all stock and only rub on drivers side when completely maxed out turning left. And with the Tazer fixing the tire size, my 8 speed will handle the 37s with out regear.
