3rd Gen 2500 Purchase

Hello, I am new to the forum. I am looking for some input. I am looking at my 4th 3rd Gen 2500 Quad 4x4. I found a really nice 2004 Quad 4x4 Hemi with 35000 Miles. Asking $20,000. I think its priced pretty high, due to me just selling my 2005 Cummins Quad 4x4 with 75k for $20,000. What do you think is a fair price? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

The thing to do is check your local ads and Kelly Blue Book. What appears to be a high price to some, is 'normal' price for other areas.

Here in Arizona, a truck state.. man that truck would have been sold. The main reason for that price is the milage of that truck.

I do agree that CTD will hold the value better than a gaser, but with that low of miles, it would justify.

I just looked at a 2007 2500 6.7. The exact truck as mine, but with the CTD. 70K miles, truck was going and sold for $34K. Many of my friends have trucks they got new in 2007 and paid that price new!

These Dodge Rams are holding their value VERY well. At least in my area.

I'm in Canada, but based on a lot of truck shopping (for diesels I could never afford) I think you gave your CTD away man..
