I’d say yes. I run a 4” Superlift (aka the Mopar Lift) and my 35’s have room for days. I want 37’s but the truck still fits in the garage at home and the parking deck at work (just barely) and that’s honestly the only thing holding me back.......and the fact I drive about 22k miles a year!

........not to mention there is a member on here running 37’s with just coilovers and he wheels the heck out that thing!

You should be able to run 37's on a 4" all day long with that bumper. I run 37x12.5x17 KO2's on 2.5-2.75". Never seem to be able to measure right :) but ground to fender front is 40 1/4", stock height with stock tires was 36 1/8"
The recipe is not cheap but i do enjoy every minute of the truck and the setup so you got to do what you think will accomplish the task and go all in.

I got the Superlift as well, ( why pay more for the MOPAR ? ) with a zone 1.5" bodylift to clear the front bumper.
