That's right. Moe's Performance now has a bolt in 4.56 gear option for the 2011-up Ram 1500 trucks with the 9.25ZF axle. These gears are double drilled to fit both the standard 9.25 in the trucks up to 2010 and the 9.25ZF that is in the 2011+ trucks. Best part is that these are only $299 with free shipping, and we have 15 sets in stock and ready to ship. Click the link below to order yours today...

These are only for the rear 9.25ZF. There still isn't any easy bolt on options for the 2012+ 4WD trucks.

Good thing I have a 2011 lol. Thanks Matt for helping bring these to market. How deep would gear ratio be if you swapped 17" with 28" tall rubber for track days be?

That's what I run on both of my trucks ;)

The guys with the 6/545RFE, that want to be quick, are really going to like the 4.56s.

I did 4.10s. And I really like them. That was the best thing I did for the truck. Expensive, but a bargain. They're a good all around gear. At 2000 rpm with stockish profile tires, in first, you're going aprox 15 mph. 2000 rpm in top gear is 70 mph. I still get the same or maybe +1/2 mpg, (it's hard to tell) as with the crummy 3.55 open.

Like I said, I really like my 4.10s, but I do admit that I have "4.56 Envy".

That's pretty cool, no need now for the 400 dollar drilled diff.

The machined diff was actually $625, so this is a HUGE savings.

This is awesome Matt! Great price and one less hassle while swapping gears....it was a huge aggravation when I did my swap.

Pleading ignorance; how do I know if I have that particular diff?

Edit: After pulling up my component listing on he Ram site, I have a 235mm axle. 235mm = 9.25"

^^That being said, what kind of a process/price can I expect for the changeout?

I'm looking at putting 37" tires on my 2011 1500 4x2 with 3.21 gears, and this would be optimal if it will fit my application.

4.56s gears is the correct gear to go with to run 37s, other than the gear you would need the install kit and ill look into adding an aftermarket differential cover

Those 4.10's look very tempting for when I do my lift and 35's...looks like it'd keep me right at 2k rpm at 75mph like how my 3.55 does now.
