4.7 coolant leak

I have a 2004 4.7 2wd and it's slowly leaking coolant from the area near the water pump. Is changing the water pump a difficult task on these trucks? would I have to pull the rad out or could i just remove the shroud and fan-clutch and access it? doesn't look too difficult to get to just from looking down at it with the hood open. tips would be appreciated and advice on what other accessory drive related parts I should change while down there?

There are generally alot of threads already on things like this. I am in the same boat with coolant leak on my 4.7l. Looking to tear it all down once weather warms up
