Okay here we go, I'm replacing the exhaust system front to back on my 05 QC 4.7 1500 4x4. Please let me know if im forgetting something, i plan on trying to reuse the original catalytic converters to save some money if possible. Im gonna have the pipes fabbed up at the local exhaust shop. here is the shopping list that I got so far:

being that I never replaced a whole exhaust like that I am not sure if you are missing anything. Looks like its going to sound bad ass though

Hmm...that is a good question! Hopefully someone will chime in! I have not seen a set of headers on a 4.7 myself. It's on my to do list.

Went and painted the headers, and baked them.. BTW, the house did not smell like cookies after baking the headers.

Nah i didnt need to, the fumes from baking it made me high enough.:drool:
