So I just ordered the $' BDS and some 20X9 Fuel Hostages with 35 Toyo AT2's. Question is I currently have the rancho quicklift on and was wondering if i could take the struts out and use on the stock spring or should I just get the bilsteins? Also getting ready to order some zone uca too. Being in hawaii I have to shop around for the best shipping price. Cheers!

I have a similar setup. I have a 4" Zone (BDS's sister company) and 20x10 Hostages.

You can use the stock springs but honestly, I would recommend the bilsteins. I had just my 4" lift and it had too much rake for my liking.

Here is before I added the Bilsteins at 0.7" -

After -

With the Bilsteins at 0.7", I still have 3/4" of rake.

Lastly, you shouldn't need the Zone UCA's. Even with Bilsteins, unless you intend on putting them higher than the 1.4" Setting as with a 4" BDS/Zone lift, you actually have the same 6" drop brackets that the 6" kit uses, so with a 4" kit you still can go up 2 more inches until you're stressing the ball joint.

Moe's rocks. I got mine from eBay because nobody has them in stock and I happened to catch them right after they were listed.

So i noticed you said you had yours at the .7 setting, if i set it at the the next setting it should be spot on level? I just ordered my bilsteins... I CANT WAIT!!!! Thanks for all the words of wisdom!

My truck has around 1/2" - 3/4" rake depending on the surface that I measure it on. If you went to the next setting, you would be spot on level to 1/4" high in the front. Now, let me tell you that any truck that is exactly level - looks nose high. You always want a tad bit of rake, from the last two Ram's I've owned, I've been happy with 1/2" of rake - It looks level to the naked eye. If I put a jack under my truck and push it up that additional 1/2", it looks nose high (Cali Lean).
