To bullydog or the dealer that i bought it from?

My other route is save a little more money to get the custome tunes when they are available for the 2013 as ill be adding a few more mods!!! And this is the best way to start for me

I think the return would be to who you bought it from. I know several have been returned. If not, good luck on the sale. I think you may have to discount it more than 20 bucks from new to have any luck.

The problems they are creating for some, I would be concerned for warranty, updates, tech support and then the loss of being able to return it.

Problems which gets solve with bd updates all you need to do is.call them

$390 is the less not in a hurry to sell and berly had this item for about 4 weeks
Updates you do that in the software and if that does not work you call bd support

And as for return your corect i wont accept no return but i.can guarantee is 100percent functional and its unlocked.

Yeah I heard something like a few weeks or so for the custom tune to come out for the 13's but I can understand wanting to wait and save a little for the custom, that's exactly what I am doing. Good luck on the sale.
