40s on ram 1500

Okay my current setup works. I have a 2018 ram 1500, 6 inch suspension lift with a 3 inch body lift... I run 39s currently with factory wheels and 2 inch wheel spacers.. no issues with very minor trimming.

I want to go with 40s, and a 12 inch wide wheel , with -51 offset. What am i going to need to consider here. Its a street queen doesnt go off roading at all.

That's a weapon for sure & nice rig!
Do you have 3.92's or the standard 3.21's.

I'd also consider (if you've not recently, that is) doing a transmission fluid & filter change (use the PPE pan, too), and install the @caulk04 transmission cooler bypass upgrade as well.

Your transmission will thank you, especially with shoes that big on there

I might also look at a custom y-pipe to open up your HEMI and let it breathe better.

Again, my own taste in this critique and not being a douche: perhaps a used dual out rear bumper and bring those duals up to the cutouts to round out the esthetics.

All just my $0.02 though.
