Will the 4th gen ram 5 lug rims fit on my 2nd gen with a 2.5 leveling kit? Mine is 4wd. The rims are the 20 inch ones. I think I read where they will. Just want to be sure. Thanks.

I looked into this at one point whe I had my '98 - might want to check the center hub size. Seems to me I recall that you MIGHT have to enlarge the center hub for the fronts on a 2WD but can't remember exactly. The bolt pattern is the same though.

4wd they will slide right on. Just make sure you get the correct lug nuts so they center properly. What wahrsuul is referring to is only on the 2wd since it is a hub/rotor design. The 4wd has a hub assembly with slip on rotors.

Yup, that's what it was - mine was a 2WD so it was an issue for me. My brother has the truck now and like the stock wheels.

So I had same question. I have a 98 2 wheel drive and found a set of 2014 20s in black I want to get. Am I understanding right that they won’t fit my front? Because of hub bore diameter? Thank you

yes, but they can be widened if you want - I believe it's only a MM or two.

I have 4th gen wheels on my 1999 4wd quad cab cummins 2500. They fit perfectly on my truck but, as previously mentioned, you have to have the 4th gen lug nuts. I also remember in my research the issue with the hub diameter, but I had no issues on my 4wd.
