4wd Auto Problems???

Well FCA put a full restriction on my truck!!! I took it in today to have a noise diagnosed and it’s the lower control arm ball joint. Would having 5100’s on my truck cause damage to the lower ball joint???

on the phone now with the warranty people, better refund me some money if they are gonna basically void the complete warranty. Lady on the phone said the contract says if you modi the vehicle then the whole contract is void!!!

Having a leveling kit on the front does affect the balljoints as they are operating at a greater angle. Don't get me wrong as I think there is a chance this issue may have occurred anyway, but doesn't surprise me they would deny the warranty.
