Anyone ever replaced the 2wd spindles with oem 4wd spindles?
Due to the different placement of the hub on the spindle (2wd hub sits about an inch higher on the spindle) it should lift the front approximately the same amount. At least that’s my theory. ;)
Does it work? Or am I missing something here?
I want to give my 2wd a little more lift in the front and came across a set of 4wd oem spindles.

Thought I better ask before I buy & try. ...lol...

Thanks for your input!

I never tried it.
Had the 4WD spindles measured and compared the numbers to my 2WD spindles. Looked like putting 4WD spindles on my 2WD would actually lower the front by about a quarter of an Inch. IIRC
