whats every one using for forged internals for the 5.7 hemi also looking for any internal mods while I have the motor apart for running boost I want to push around 15psi boost should I buy a mds delete or just unplug them or?? I have a 6.1 crank and eagle heads off newer motor also wondering what injectors to run to handle that much fueling also how much boost can the stock plastic intake handle thanks for any input !!

I think if you are asking these kinds of questions you should let someone else do the work. Did the 300 engine not work or did you blow that one up too?

You asking questions about things to run more boost than most of the stock parts can't handle.

For someone determined to run big hp on boost that is new to the game I would suggest a similar route to what I did. Buy a quality short block and piece it together with proven cnc heads. Depending on your ability, you can jump into the build at whatever level you are comfortable with. Going boost, a hellcrate motor is a good deal at $14k. My pieced together 392 stroker with a V7-sci/cog drive has cost more.

Yeah, why reinvent the wheel? Blown crate motors are easy to get, proven, and will almost invariably cost less.

If you are going to retain a mopar stock type pcm you will want to switch to a 05 ram pcm for it's tuning capabilities. It still uses a 32T reluctor wheel. Buying crate motor or a built motor make sure it has a 32T reluctor or have a strategy for engine management.

Take your time and enjoy the build.. I've worked on mine for many years and have probably modded everything on it one time or another.
