Ok the first picture, the one of all 4 is the driver side. As you can see they are on #2,4,6,8 holes. The other pictures are of the other side they are on #1,3,5,7 their backwards from what y'all and the internet are saying lol but I can't giet them to flip around or do any difference to correct which hole theor supposed to be in.

It's just the wiring that matters, not the numbers written on the coil packs because they are all the same. I would just make sure your firing order is correct the start checking the other possibilities listed earlier in the thread.

Yeah my firing is in order, I changed spark plugs. Next I should look at valves or vacuums?

When you took the valve covers off in the first place did you leave all those coil packs and wires attached? If those sre the originals as the were then you have them on the wrong sides and your firing order is off.

No I removed coil packs and wiring when I took it off. I did wiring as the firing is supposed to be but my coil packs are in the wrong place. That would matter or no?

No, I don't think I should matter if the coil packs aren't in their original locations.

The thing is, is its not a rough idle. It goes down to around normal I guess (600 or 700) then up to 1000 or 1100 then bacl down to normal

Then its just surging and not missing. That points to an air leak or vac now, check intake manifold bolts, tb gasket seated

These hemis like their batteries to be a certain ampage right? I noticed when at an idle each surge the lights dim. Could that be something to do with the battery? I think the battery I have in it is a 700 cold crank amps. You don't feel it surge or anything when your coasting, revving or just staying at a certain idle

This morning I was driving into mcdonalds and all of the sudden the dash started going going crazy. Every single possible light started flashing followed by beeping then the whole truck shut down and now it won't do anything. I'm trying to reset the truck now

There is something going on with your wiring, sounds like a ground or dead short now.

Go through ALL your wiring. Make sure everything is secure and no connectors or wires are broken.

As stated, I'm guessing bad ground. I would charge the battery and clean all the ground connections. Your spare PCM will not work on your 03 truck.
