Just completed this mod, harness worked great.

Couple of things that are different then the install videos I ran into.

1. Run the bumper Harness along the bottom of the bumper not in the middle as shown in the video.

2. Remove the ANC model under the dash. it takes a few minutes but we'll worth it, it will allow you to use 2 hands while working under the dash. I can post pictures of anyone is interested.

3. The bypass used in the video for the 2500HD isn't the best one. Your better off purchasing the bypass that installs behind the cluster to give more features of alphaOBD incase you want to make future changes.

I'll try to get you some photos later today...

I actually watched this video from infotainment that helped out alot. The module you are looking for is the one on the firewall, back left corner driver's side.

If you watch the video they will reference removing the ANC module which is the aluminum box with heatsinks that makes it really hard to get 2 hands in there. The ANC module is held in with 1 10mm bolt and 2 8mm bolts once you remove it just unplug it and move it to the side. This will give you a lot better access to work.

Just wrapped it up. About to do the alohaobd programming now. Got it done in 1.5 hours. Wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

Thanks for replying!

Was going to make my own post about this. But figured it could be a decent FAQ?

I finished this entire install. Drive dog turns on, good to go. Passenger does not.

When I turned it on non of them were on, so check polarity, driver turned on passenger did not. Swapped bulbs with a spare I have, same thing.

What would cause passenger bulb to not turn on?

M2 Mods BCM to Bumper Fog light harness - $95.

Total cost involved: $313.28

I opted to use the aftermarket fog lamp and mounting brackets from Amazon. Did this on my 2023 2500 Bighorn, when I went from Halogen to LED lighting. These lamps and brackets are good to go, throw away everything else, including the bezels.

The above Mopar fog light switch is the single dimming scroll wheel, not the dual dimming wheel with ambient lighting as shown in All Mopar Parts, kit. The fog light bezels are for models without front park assist, with led fog lights.

Word to the wise, remove your front bumper to install the fog light harness. Infotainment (once again and in typical fashion) totally botches the install on their video, they're wrong. The front bumper requires two 24mm bolts removed per side, one set on each tow hook, two 18mm nuts and bolts per side hold the bumper assembly on. Bumper can be removed in 20 minutes, taking a 10 minute sandwich break.

The BCM wiring, C1 is fairly straightforward, remove C1, C2, C3, undo the push pin that holds the wiring down to the BCM, it'll allow two handed operation to work on the connector to add the pin.

C4 is something nightmares of made of and will make you want to punch kittens (I love kittens.) I've watched a few videos and write-ups, one thing I noticed is, nobody loops the C4 connector up and through the small hole in the pedal box. Doing that, allows two handed connector disassembly and pin installation.

Hope this helps.

If you get the chance, maybe you can add a link to that Amazon Kit you used for others considering it vs full OEM setup (before your post gets locked down)
