5th gen PW butcher by a plow removal

I have a new to me 2021 PW, after getting it home I found a Western Plow manual in the glovebox and immediately crawled under the front and found all the tell tale signs of a plow mount (holes in the frame, 3 loosed bumper bolts ect…) but one things got me stumped. I have what looks like an exhaust hanger right where the sway bar disconnect is that go’s to nothing. Anyone willing to crawl under there rig and send me some pictures? Here’s what I got:

That's a factory piece for the swaybar (stabilizer) mount. There should be a rod coming off of the passenger side swaybar mounting bracket (the U shaped piece that clamps the passenger side swaybar to the frame. See the blue line in my attached picture. Not sure if they hacked it off or that is a different mount/clamp??
