6.4 Hemi exhaust tip fitment question

I found a bolt-on tip I really like but the inlet on it is 4” and my exhaust pipe is 3.5”. My question is can I make the 4” inlet tip work with this connection adapter in the picture?

100% based on multiple posts I've read over the years saying the 6.4 trucks have 3.5 tubing.

If I attach the coupler (that’s in the picture I posted in my first post) to my exhaust piping, could I then attach an exhaust tip to it that has a 4” inlet?

As long as the tip has a 4" OD then it will fit the adapter.

yes tip attachment is measured as ID and the coupler is OD on the 4" side so yes that will work if the tip input is 4" ID
