I’m having a hard time finding The line graph that shows the horsepower and torque curve of our 6.4’s specifically for our trucks.

Has anyone found one before?

Found a Dyno run done by AFE for their 4" stainless cat-back exhaust.
They have the testing specs at the bottom, the baseline numbers are in blue49-42056-bi1600.1530816982.jpeg

Thank you sir,

Greatly appreciate it.

The HP curve is a lot more linear then I thought it would be.

The torque curve looks great for a gasser.

Not sure what Ram quotes but that truck pulled 312 max HP. and 325 max torque (stock).

Rams numbers are not power to the ground numbers.
No manufacturer does actual power to the ground numbers

I understand that. I guess I meant to say factory engine advertised numbers.
I really like the WTG numbers and I know there’s room for improvement on that.
But a major drawback is that there are very few companies that make go fast goodies for our big added 6.4 Trucks

Lots of variables when you do a dyno run that will affect the results. Setting up the machine properly, wheel weight, tire weight, wheel diameter...lots of differences.

You can pay SAE $50 for the official certification. ---

Wheel end dynos are not always the best to getting actual numbers depending on what kind of dyno is used and if it is properly set up for the vehicle. They are good are noticing changes between mods though.

This. Best reason to use a dyno is to get an idea of increases from mods and see power curves. A lot seem to use them as a junk measuring contest which is at least entertaining. There are so many factors that can effect numbers on a given day. A HP or torque number by itself doesn’t mean much.

Does that print out say it was running 37’s? From what I’ve seen more dynos than not show all of the SRT Hemi’s make more than advertised. Given that the 6.4 HD is a mash up of all these parts I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s also a little under rated. But their goal with these trucks was longevity. The factory tuning, transmission gearing and exhaust are your biggest performance hang ups off the dealer lot. The engine itself is a great piece.

That's still a 22% drive train loss which is pretty good for a automatic truck.
