We haven't torn it apart, but broken valve spring + sparkly oil and multi-cylinder failure suggests it needs an entire rebuild. Unfortunately, both the T code 5.7s and the parts to rebuild them are in high demand and basically unobtanium at the moment. And even if I could get 5.7 parts, the cost to delete MDS, add a mild cam, and stroke the bottom to 392 basically works out the cost of a new crate 6.4.The car intake points the wrong way,and runs into the alternator brackets on a truck.What let go on your 5.7? If it didn't feed a bunch of crrap back through the intake ports or through the pcv system,odds are you can re-use your original 5.7 intake
