It will be a **** of a swap honestly it would be cheaper to buy a new truck and less hassle. They key points are not going to be fabrication so much as wiring. Even if you could theoretically find a totaled 6.7 cummins for cheap as a parts truck you would still have to fabricate a wiring harness to run that beast. Those motors have a lot more integration with the guage cluster and our gauge clusters aren't compatable, even if you could make an adapter using the stock wiring harness and the 6.7. You would end up having to cram the third (or fourth) gen dash in your truck just to get everything to attempt to work wiring wise. Then you still have to make considerations for fueling and mounting modifications. The 6.7 isn't really all that different from a 5.9 size wise though so it should fit in your engine bay, and there are some 2nd gens out there running a third gen dash, but for all the trouble, it just wouldn't be worth it. You'd be better off swapping in a 12v or a p pumped 24v.
