6cyl enough power for lift or 35" tires? Or go Leveled with 33" tires?

I have a 2019 1500 5th gen 2WD and thinking of going with the Maxxtrac 4"/1" Spindle lift Kit or the Ready lift 3.5" lift Kit to fit 35" tires x 12.5" W, around -18 offset with 20" or 22" rims

Question is I went with the 6cyl Etorque engine over the hemi as I don't tow and didn't need the extra power.
I average around 20mpg now and hoping I only drop down to 17-18mpg

I'm having trouble deciding on lifting with 35" tires vs leveling with 33" tires

I had a 2020 4th gen ram I sold with a hemi as I was only getting 12-13mpg average after installing the Maxtrac 4.5"/3" with 35" tires.

I love the ride and the power of the 6cyl 5th gen, just don't like the stock look with the rake

Any suggestions?

2WD, you only have one pumpkin so you can swap gears cheaper than a 4WD. That gear ratio is going to be a pretty big factor on if you have enough power or not, however you define "enough", but going to a numerically higher gear set will helpl counteract the bigger tires.

Like said, you saw a big drop in fuel economy with the mods you did to your 2020 Ram 1500 hemi. You will see the same massive drop with the pentastar w/ the same mods, regardless of the E-torque.

In terms of power, the pentastar will handle it. I owned a 2017 Ram 1500 pentastar and currently own a 2019 classic w/ hemi. I got 22mpg tank/tank with my pentastar and get 20mpg tank/tank w/ my hemi. Both stock.

20mpg with the hemi? You must be driving a long distance daily.

Thanks
I'm now thinking of a lower lift Kit
Mopar 2" lift OEM , fabtech makes a 3" lift
Or just use the RC leveling struts for the front
Thinking of dropping the tire down to like a 295/60R20
Something around 34" x 11.5" w so it doesn't kill the gas mileage to bad
I do.allot of highway driving and 0 off road
So comfort is my main thing
I just want it to sit like a Ford raptor, or a chevy trail boss

I live in a rural-ish area and do very little city driving, it's hilly ski country where I live. My round trip work commute is 80 miles and mostly highway. A short trip for me is maybe 10 miles round trip. I actually do slightly better than 20mpg average. I routinely get 500 miles out of a ~24 gallon fill up and I often have MDS turned off and I get on it often.

If you're not off roading I'd go with a leveling kit and 33 inch tires and call it done. Most people can't tell the difference between 33's and 35's without a hard long look. So get the look without doing to much damage.

Thanks it would be so much cheaper to
To do something like the
2" rough country leveling struts and 33's
I'll probably do something like a -18 to -26 off set
