Mine NAVI was all out of whack. Thinking I was in Texas and skipping all over the place. Took it in and they reflashed it. No problems since.

my navi doesn't hold avoidances as soon as I turn the truck off. (Like if you want it to avoid tollroads) it always resets to no avoidances. ****** me off!

Mine has done this a few times as well, buti have the 8.4A

My sat radio reset itself and lost the subscription and won't get the reactivation signal anymore

If I use my Navigation and then cancel or stop Nav, sometimes it locks up my climate control screen. Then you can't even use the knobs and fan control below the screen.

It's going in next week for them to look at it. My SD Card once in awhile locks up as well and can't be used.

I've had my satellite connection lost before, just a call into Sirius Xm fixed that. The odd time if I try making a phone call it will lock the screen up, have to turn the truck off,get out and lock it, wait a couple mins then everything works again. Couldn't figure out why I couldn't find directions in the city, just to find out that the factory preset for the navigation is Texas. All in all after 2 months havn't had any major issues. The scren locking up is the biggest PITA though as it happens regularly.

My '13 Longhorn has the 8.4an. During first 10 days, my pre-sets got lost once. Today, after using cruise, many radio buttons stopped working. I couldn't select any pre-sets. Radio acts odd. Also, terrible FM reception.
