8.4 Nav Screen protector

Anyone using one? Any feedback? I'm looking at getting the Mopar one made for Jeeps but fits any 8.4

Get it. It not only keeps it clean, but makes it look higher end with a glassy look. Make sure you quadruple clean your screen. Mine has a couple of dust spots that created small bubbles. My kit came with two and I'm just to lazy/busy to reclean and put the new one on.

"It's a great deal....dirt cheap" I keep using that line on my wife.....I think it's growing old now.

OP has a 2018, his IS actually glass. I presume you mean 2017 and under will look like higher end with the protector?

Ah, yeah, didn't know they started putting glass in 2018... Well, it should at least look the same then lol

I ordered the $12 Amazon one a couple months back. Put it on a couple weeks ago. Looks great. Had to work out a couple small bubbles but got it done. Glossy look and no issues with the touch screen. As was stated...be sure to clean your OEM screen well before putting it on.

What do you use to clean it well?

I use a screen cleaner with microfiber cloth that I keep in my glove box...but the kit from Amazon had a little wet pad that you can use to clean it. A damp cloth (not soaking wet) would do the same thing. After that use the little pad that comes with the kit.

Also included was a small suction cup to assist in mounting it. Worked great...just had to work a couple small bubbles out after getting it on the screen.

I received mine yesterday. Put it on the screen last night. It is GREAT!!! Looks ten times better!!! The display is actually crisper and more defined, if that makes any sense. And you get two in the package!!
