9 Drive Throttle Controller HELP!!

I just purchased the 9 Drive for my 22 ram 1500. It’s the 809 model. For some reason I can’t get this thing to stop throwing codes. I’ve tried what I think is everything to solve the problem. Followed the directions, they can’t get any easier. It’s plug and play. I had the Pedal Commander on my last truck not a issue. Any help would be great. Should I just go with a PC?

Could have got a bad one. Happened to me with a pedal commander. Just kept throwing codes, gave it to a buddy same thing. Now have a 9 Drive, works flawlessly.
Contact them and get a new one.

2021 Ram classic Tradesman 5.7 hemi. Looking for the correct 9 drive number for my truck. Descriptions on Amazon comes up as 807 but questions and answers say 809 is compatible. Please someone give me the correct link. Don't care what color it lights up.
