I've got a 97 ram with a 318. It's dumping white smoke out of the exhaust. It's not lost any antifreeze since I've owned the truck for 6 months. But it's always losing oil pressure and then coming right back up to 40 pounds of pressure. Any help would be nice

Are you losing oil that you know of? Is there a blue tint to the smoke?

It loses alittle bit of oil. And not really. It looks like it's got a black tint mixed with the white as soon as it comes out of the tail pipe. But I thought it might just be carbon build up.

Check your coolant. Headgasket perhaps? Check the color of the plugs too. Very Tan colored spark plugs are usually coolant burning. (Right? Tan? Google it.)
