99 Ram 1500 Dealer installed Superbee Package?

Looking at buying a 99 Dodge Ram 1500, short bed. 5.9 v8, auto, leather interior, etc etc. Very nicely optioned for the year.

My question is this, is anyone aware of a Dealer installed package to give this truck a Limited Edition Superbee decal kit? It also has a ram air hood, and some other goodies.

VIN is: 1B7HC16Z5XS167300 for reference.

No such thing in a 2nd gen. Aftermarket additions to replicate

You can go to the Ram site and run the VIN for a build sheet and see that that says about any options.

Knew it wasn't factory, but wasn't sure if a dealer might've had their own decal kit made up for it. Did call the local dealer on my lunch break and gave them the vin, there's no options for any decals available. Through more searching I did learn the truck was wrecked in 02, swerved to miss a dear and hit a pole in the left front. Insurance repaired it. Likely when these accessories were added to it.

Looks like the truck is a repaint with the added decals based on the build sheet.
