You should go to your Dodge Dealership & watch what all the employees are driving.
There are hardly any Dodge products among the bunch
You're right about that. I know times have changed but I remember back in the day a friend of mine applied for a job at a Ford dealership as a salesman. He owned a Chevy nova. The owner of the Ford dealership said he would give him a job but he had to get rid of the nova and buy a ford product of his choice if he worked for him. Said he didn't want his sales people trying to sell something they didn't believe in. He sold the nova, bought a torino and got the job. Worked for him for years. Even tho I didn't care for Ford or Chevy I respected the owner for believing in his product!

You can usually tell the decent paying jobs by the vehicles in the parking lot. I've got one of the few more plain (and cheap) trucks with my 2019 classic. You could say I'm a little more tight on the purse strings. LOL. My cohorts have new or newer F350 super duties, a new Ram 2500, one guy has a new powerwagon on order, a few silverados and another Ram 1500 bighorn. Here's a pic of my poor man special at work on a weekend when it's just 3 of us at the plant.

If I was you I wouldn't feel like they had anything better than me with that truck. Good looking truck, you should be proud of it.

Too many trucks to count but it's easily a 10-1 ratio, 10 Fords, 10 Chevy's to 1 Ram.

Before I retired from the army, my last position at the school house more of us drove Rams. I think we had 5 4th gens, a 2500 3rd gen, 2 Silverado and 1 F150.

Before I retired my work was probably 75-80 % Chevy and GM.
Us Ram and the Ford guys took some ribbing but that was to be expected .
It was a General Motors factory I worked in .....

I used to travel to the Oshawa Truck plant for many years for a supplier. Great folks there.

When I was in the Navy, I was the only guy who volunteered to drive the 1974 Dodge PowerWagon crew cab (it was assigned to the submarine): 440 engine, Manual transmission, manual steering, manual brakes, no radio. I loved driving that truck.

That is what you call a man's truck. I would have driven it and smiled!

I'd say Ford guys stayed with Fords, but lots of us former GM / Chevy guys went to Ram. Easy call for me. I dumped Chevy after my 2007 truck with 5.3 and DOD started pumping oil like Spindle Top.
