Looks promising and in line with the light weight "Baja" style some of us (myself included) are looking for.

For an additional $200 you can get the extended skid plate.

So, for around $800 to $1000 you can have that Addictive Desert Designs setup, at about half the price. I'm seriously considering it this summer. That and by the looks of it you can do the "hidden winch" mod.

It’s not mine. It’s off of Westin’s Facebook page. I’ve been considering this bumper as well.

Yeah, I found it last night while “farting around” on the interwebs at work at 2am. It looks real promising compared to bumpers 1.5x or 2x the price. I also checked out the install instructions and it was very straight forward and simple and could be done in your driveway yourself or definitely with a buddy in a few hours time.

Not problem. The only issue I can really foresee is the coating might be less than optimal (especially at that price point). So it may be wise to add additional paint (of your favorite color), spray on Rhino liner or powder coat.

I’d personally paint the ever living hell outta it and if there’s any issues down the line, strip it bare and Rhino line it.

Ha ha ha ha. I know you didn’t mean to be funny but I love the brutal honesty. I actually really like that bumper though. I’m not a fan of the bulky bumpers. This looks light and simple

Anyone know whether the skid plate can be installed without the bumper? Only slightly more expensive than the OEM options, and seems more substantial....but it might require/assume one is using the Westin bumper, too. The install instructions sure make it seem that way.
