well i figured id post up some more pix of another "wipenew" project i did, some saw the other one i did and one light kept looking hazy and that was caused by a film on the inside of the lens, so i figured this would be a better showing of this stuff for you guys who want to fix up your lights for cheap!
Ill show you why i even bothered, i got these lights cheap and it was cause the halos wernt working on one light and the lenses had a spuare section of the lens on both lights that the clear had come up missing...
here are how they started:

a quick swipe of the bad area with sandpaper showed the bad area even better

for prep work i sanded with 600 gritt, then 1500, then 2000, and finished with 3000 gritt sandpaper:
600:

and 3000:

then after cleaning all dust and residue off the light, wipe on the wipe new stuff, and you have to let this sit for 24 hours, so dont think you can use this and then go for a drive:

after about 48 hours i took them outside and got some pictures:

i also fixed the halos so they all work and are a bit brighter keep in mind my camera sucks for dark pictures:

and for fun i tested some Switchback LED bulbs in the lights while i was messing around:
these were the cheap ones:

these are the ones i got from Jeremy
:

gotta say im impressed with the outcome, they look great, and here is the set i just did along with a set i did about 3 months ago side by side

the chrome ones became a part of another project this weeknd but ill post more about that when im done :nono
