I'm not sure how long has this been going on because I hardly use my AC but I noticed when I put the AC direction control to "blowing in your face" picture, I'd get it through my feet area. As if it won't change. Also, if I turn it to "blow on your face and feet" mode, I'd get more air on my feet.
Ideas?

I'd say the mode door is stuck.

How do go about fixing it? Not a clue. :D

That is an interesting issue, would love to hear how you get that fixed.
I dont use a/c or heat, because my heatercore went out before I went to prison and sat for a while. The airways have coolant in them that I need to clean out, so it smells terrible if you turn the vents on. and isnt to healthy for you either.

I did replace the heatercore.

maybe your switch is messed up?

Sounds like the Bleed door. Go to the Heater Treater website and it will tell you all about it and how to fix it. Same thing happen on my 99 2500
