I just purchased a 2015 Ram 2500, with a 6.4 Hemi motor. In trying to familiarize myself in Maintenace, I noticed that apparently the radiator cap is probably underneath a large plastic cover/shroud that spans from one side of the engine comparment to the other. I'm assuming the radiator cap is beneath this? I don't see an external fluid reservoir either anywhere, so I'm assuming there isn't one for this motor?
How do you take this plastic shroud off to check things underneath it?
I see some big plastic buttons on it, but in trying to pry one out, it didn't want to come out and I was afraid I'd break or damage something. Am I on the right track here, and what's the easiest way to tackle this?
Thanks

All over your Ram truck, you will notice black plastic buttons
If you are tight on funds, you can go to Harbor Freight or almost any Hardware Store & you will be looking for TRIM TOOLS.
I bought a set of 4 Heavy Duty Plastic Trim Tools at first
They look similar to these

Don't stick the V of the tool under the plastic button itself

Slip the V of the tool under both the large plastic cover/shroud & the plastic button.
doing that will make the plastic button last for many more uses

The arrow is pointed at the reservoir. It should be Mopar OAT coolant. The original color is purple but it tends to turn to an orangeish-rose color over time(check when warm for the color).

He doesn't need to remove any trim as there is no radiator cap on the radiator itself.

Things have really changed since i sold my 2009 HEMI powered Dodge Ram.
Once i bought the current Eco Diesel, i quit looking under other peoples hoods :)

I still can't wrap my head around no Fuel Caps on a sealed system
